2015 Ford Fusion 1.5l ecoboost

Hi. New here. I have changed the thermostat, the temp coolant sensor, flushed the anti freeze. If I get the car over 4500 rpm’s it shows overheat then put it in neutral and with in 10 seconds or less back to normal operating temp. I have a video but not sure how to upload here. Does anyone recommend what’s next?

Test your radiator fluid for hydrocarbons. If the head gasket is not sealing combustion leaks into the radiator under pressure, like when you are accelerating. The simple hydrocarbon test will either confirm or dismiss this possibility. When combustion enters the coolant it can super heat it quickly. Hope this is not your issue
Verify your engine is really overheating, it could just be a bad gauge reading. Use an Infra Red temperature gun and look at your thermostat housing when the car is hot. Normal is about 195*, test the housing, cylinder head in a few places and see what temp the engine is really at before doing repairs. Good Luck
