Can this be changed?

I have a 2013 Ford Fusion and every time I get in my car at night I get blinded by the dash lights and the touch screen. Until I put the keys in and turn the car on the displays are solid white and very bright. Hoping there is a way to change this. When I turn the car off it's different, the display is dark with just white trim. Would be nice if that's the way it was all around. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated, thank you.
