Ford Fusion Hood ajar switch sas ensor !!!!!!!!!!

Hi , i had an accident to the front , and hood latch that have some kind of switch witch i think is ajar/anti theft switch was damaged, so instead of buying the whole latch kit i need to bypass this switch because right now i have a massage on my screen that my hood is open. I found on the INTERNET somewhere that that switches have a pair of resistors - one is low resistance for open circuit and the other one is higher resistance for close circuit , but i cannot find what is the exact resistance i need for them .......

So my big question is - what is the resistance of those two resistors? and my other question if i am right or there should be another switch that is specific for ajar massage?
