Just installed the LED's in my 2013 Fusion. Getting the old ones out were a little tight fit, went better when I sprayed a little penetrating oil on the mount and power connector. The bulbs came with the resistor line wire already connected. You have to clock the LED so it sits inside of the headlight right so the light out put is right. It's very easy to do. Just watch a video on YouTube on how to do it. Lights checked out nicely and much brighter over Halogen. 15 minutes to change over.
