Radio problems 2016 Fusion SE - Radio comes on after sitting for many hours!! Help!!

Hi there,

My radio comes on after I have taken keys out of ignition and opened the driver's door. I manually turn off the radio every time I leave my car because after it sits overnight, I can turn on the radio by pushing the on/off button with KEYS NOT IN THE IGNITION and not being turned on for over 12 hours.

Help! Does anyone know what is going on??

I think this is normal? On my 2011 explorer, 2016 Fusion and 2017 Fusion, I can push on/off button on the radio (center of volume knob) and radio/sync comes on. I can’t remember if it’s timed, as I turn it off when done listening. Keys aren’t needed nor turning key/using accessories.
