Our 2013 started to show a message on the screen saying camera was unavailable. Took the rear deck lid apart (tail lights and center panel). Found one of the wires had chaffed on the metal of the trunk lid.
I insulated the chaffed wires and used dielectric grease on all the connectors. Works like a new one!
If your camera starts acting up check the wires under the trunk panel first. I didn’t need to take apart as much as I did but I took advantage to inspect and use the dielectric grease in everything.
