Whats the best way to change the headlight bulbs on 2014 Ford fusion

I have read that you can giggle the headlight out enough to get the light out, I have also read to remove the entire front bumper. There has to be a happy medium between the two. I am comfortable removing the bumper but don't really want to. If anyone has links or how tos, i know in the owners manual it says to remove bumper or bring it to a dealer but theres gotta be another way. Thanks gents

Thanks for the video. Got it done with only removing the bumper bolts and the headlight housing bolts. Only one cut finger but the end result is way better lights than the crappy yellow stock lights.
